A boutique apartment in the Carmel center
An old and dilapidated 55 square meters apartment, purchased by a couple from Tel Aviv. They wanted a cozy home for the couple of times a week.
she arrives to Haifa for her job, lecturing in the university.
The apartment was in a very bad shape. During demolition part of the structure collapsed. Continuing the work now required a constructor to advise, oversee and approve the work.
Within five intensive weeks, during which a massive renovation took place alongside intensive shopping of furniture and art, an elegant boutique apartment was born, fully matching the owner’s vision and spirit.
What do they think about me?
We received our apartment on March. The apartment was in ruins and inhabitable.
We approached interior designer Ela
Morgan to consult. Already in the first meeting, we discovered a vital, professional and understanding woman. Within a very short time, Ela connected us with her team of professionals and enabled us to select those we thought were most suitable. The team we selected turned out to be a Special Forces unit:
Erez Shitrit, the contractor, did a clean and precise work on the electricity, water, installation, plaster, and paint.
Amran, the aluminum person, did the designed profiles, according to Ela’s instructions so that our windows, opening to the sea view, look like a picture frame.
Haim Shitrit, the carpenter, did an exquisite work on the kitchen cabinets as well as on the charming little island with the beautiful butcher block, corresponding with the wooden bench in the balcony.
Ela supervised it all, making sure that everything is in order and according to the timetable. During the renovation work, Ela went to shopping centers with us, helping us choose designed items that will match the spirit of the house and those who live in it.
Unbelievably, we received our apartment within 5 weeks, and by the end of Passover, we could move in to our beautiful boutique apartment, of which we are very proud.
Thank you Ela, and thanks to your team of professionals, that was so committed to completing the work.
Thank you,
